252371 Front Page Design - Flash

Hi I need the frontpage of my website redone - likely in Flash. You can see the current frontpage at [login to view URL] and I have attached a couple mockups of the new frontpage. Basically, there is a large banner area in the center which will need to rotate automatically every several seconds. There will be 4 different images that go in this space. The user can also initiate the rotation by rolling over the pictures in the bottom portion (Introduction, Strategic Communications, Creative & Design, Content Creation). All of this content is static although note that I'd like to keep the fire animation on the frontpage intact. Please see the main banner on [login to view URL] for functionality reference. The 5th "promo block" entitled Elevator Pitch will work slightly different. Instead of bringing in a new banner above it, this block will pop upwards to reveal slightly more information. Please see the US version of [login to view URL] for an example of this items functionality.
