342957 HYIP Template for GoldCoders

I am looking for a website designer to design a template for GoldCoder's HYIP Manager script. The template should be unique and barely recognizable as goldcoder's template. For an example, please see [login to view URL] to see what I mean. I want something similar to that, except that it should be in all new different design. I only want designer/programmer who had worked in this field before, and made templates for HYIP before. Preview of your previous works are required. I would also like to have banners along with the design as well. Please be careful of what to bid, as my budget is quite limited.
