I need a Flash 8 Programmer that is confortable in using it. I am going to need to do an flash introduction to my website just a small animation that will help boost up the sophistcation of the website. In addition, I want a person to do an animation of the Arab World where people can click on their country and be redirected to their website. When the flash I need the countries to go down to their places on the map like rain drops (but in the shape of the company) and as soon as the user hovers the mouse over the country I need it to rise (only if the country can be pressed). Also I am going to need the flash projects to be sent to me after we have finished working.
