Modify and add to flash template

Hi All, i am looking for a talented coder preferably in Australia but would consider all. I will purchase this template and will need about 10 - 20 hours of modification to it. The home page will be an anchor in flash or html where the visitor will choose to be directed to the blog site or the photography site.(template). I would like video to integrated into the site as well as other bits to be explained later.
