New Web Design with Flash

I need a good web designer, who can design with Flash. I will need a flash intro. I'm picky about design. You cannot use any pre made templates (like template monster and stuff) for this project. Bascially here is the requirements. I'm opening a IT helpdesk for small to midsize companies. Pretty much I need an informational site that will show all the different services I will be offering. I need a nice webpage, with very good design showing that information. The site will be around 5-6 pages, maybe even shorter. I will need a flash intro movie. I need it to look really nice, so anyone bidding must show copies of their previous work. I am very picking about design, though this project seems simple since I will provide all the information, note that the design must be something any visitor coming to the site will be amazed, and interested in the services I offer. No logo needs to be designed as this company will be part of a parent company. You may need to add stuff to the logo, like adding "IT support". ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP IIS
