Build a Website

I need a simple web application integrated to [login to view URL] A site that a user can upload a mp3, .wav (popular sound waves) and then be able to trim it down in size to a "Ringtone" size and the site also generates a link with social media share buttons How the function works: 1. Upload a mp3 into the browser by dragging a sound file into the browser or browsing for the file. 2. The sound is then processed and the user is able to trim the file down into a less than 30 second "Ring Tone" 3. A short link is generated with Share buttons for Facebook, Twitter etc 4. If someone clicks the link they have to pay for it via paypal before they can download the ringtone The web app should be integrated into our website easily. This is very simple, I just don't have the time to build it.
