video Gallery. - repost

video Gallery which contain the following 1. user login. 2. each user can upload video up to 250MB and have to inter some data about the video like style, name, ..... 3. when upload finish the site will suggest snap shots of the video so the up loader can select one to be in the main page. or the user can inter the time of the frame he/she wants. 4. the up loader can manage everything thing raged the videos. 5. the website admin can overdo anything on these videos through a spacial admin page which report every new upload so he will approve to show or not. 6. on each page of ( main , video viewing , user ) there are adv. banner on on the top (728x90) , three on the right side (300x250). where in a special page i can control what adv will be shows up on the main page, on each video page ( for each video have its adv) and on each user ( for each user have his special adv). 7. the viewer can write comment if he is already member no verification letter needed and if he is member he can write comment and put it in his favorite list, 8. report regarding the adv. clicking daily, weakly monthly , from date to date for each adv in a special page where i can download a report on csv format. 9. any suggest to make the website better is welcomed> 10. the graphic design should be simple. 11. the code, html and scripts should be done in clear way through using the templates easy to update and upgrade. 12. i am good in PhP and asp.net but i like to supervise more than to do it. so i will check everything code level and website level. 13. no external links in allowed. 14. you can use any coding technology and MS Sql or MySql. 15. i will give you a temp folder and database so you can do all the test and to show me your work. 16. there are limited add on already installed on my host and i will not install anything will cost me anything. 17. anything else to make sure that the website will function in the right way.
