Want a reciprocal link exchange plugin for wordpress. User submits there link for exchange, along with a title, description, and their email. They place a link for the site on their site and enter url to test there is a link on their site. Cannot submit their link unless the link on their site is confirmed. In the admin, there will be a way to view all submitted links. By default, the link will have a status of not added for the site. Then when the site owner adds a link on their site, they can update the status to added, plus they can add the url for the page on their site that they added the link. Site owner should also be able to test the link at anytime to see if the reciprocal link is still valid.
