Event Registration Booking System

Hi, I am looking for a php/mysql developer to make a simple event registration system for me. PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU CAN SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH. SEE MY FEEDBACK! FRONT END: • User clicks on their gender: MALE or FEMALE • Then user fills form: NAME, CITY, EMAIL and TELEPHONE NUMBER • The user receives an email containing a URL Link, and when user opens hyperlink, they are redirected to a page with their BOOKING REFERENCE NUMBER (e.e. MALE-0001). • Once the link is opened to see booking reference number, the booking should be CONFIRMED in admin panel. BACK END (in Admin Panel where login is required): • MALE BOOKINGS (List of bookings - confirmed and nonconfirmed, Total male bookings - how many confirmed and how many nonconfirmed, export list to excel) • FEMALE BOOKINGS (List of bookings - confirmed and nonconfirmed, Total female bookings - how many confirmed and how many nonconfirmed, export list to excel) • MALE BOOKING FULL – Stop/restart Further Bookings Button • FEMALE BOOKING FULL – Stop/restart Further Bookings Button • ATTENDENCE (SEPARATE FOR MALE and FEMALE): On the day of the event, a person will stand at MALE entrance and another person will stand at FEMALE entrance with iPad’s. As people arrive to event, they will ask people for booking reference number. When people give their booking reference number, the door staff will enter into ATTENDENCE PAGE in ADMIN PANEL which will mark that user as ATTENDED. The attendance page will then show total attended MALE and FEMALE with list of ATTENDEE’S. The system is very simple and so please keep prices low.
