Lottery program using browsers

Hi guys This is a project for sell lottery numbers, the program, could be just in a folder with all file in it and I will pointed the ip address to that folder or an install setup that do it all the installation and I just pointed to the folder with the ip address so have to be in the wwwroot folder The installation Need to work on windows xp pro I have one as a ftp server could use it as https until build a better one or windows 7, I have windows server 2003 machine kind slow for testing As I said I also I will built a new server2003 machine more ram and more faster so that why I need as easy installation for easy move files and database, I also have sql server 2005 if need it on the server2003k already installed, but if its possible you can use any portable database as easy as possible no to mucho complication onsite to run this program whatever the method you choose that in wont give troubles is fine with me MOST IMPORTANT i dont like dirty programs with low knowledge of programming and low style there is a ton of tools to make a program or website looks great now days if you already have some example to show send me a message or show me some examples or a test on your server or cloud i willl choose the best and easy solution for my budget need the source files of the program in case you disappear from freelancer, also in case of some minor tweaks will try to contact you to make them possible and pay you for that services and if you stay on freelancer and everything looks great i will like to contact you and try to upgrade the same program in the future with better options here are some examples from the original program where i want to copy the way it work, to make the program and a video and a kind of guide what i want from the original program to this more small copy thanks
