Wordpress Site Needs Updating

Our website [login to view URL] was built using wordpress and we would like to update it. Since we are a real estate company, we will want the ability to change things on the site when need (add properties for sale, update verbiage) so the site will need to be built so we can make changes after the re-design. Needs: 1. Fresh new look 2. Instead of listing the properties we have for sale on a map, we want to have it be a list with photos, details, etc... Here is an example of what we would like our site to look like: [login to view URL] I can provide a ton of self storage property images and the verbiage for the site can be pulled off of the old site. I know and understand wordpress well and basically just need a new up to date template that will give us a cleaner look.
