Wordpress user account area modification

Hi, We have created a wordpress site and we are looking to modify it with a feature to add information to the user accounts area and also email the registered user about that information after a specified time. We are looking for an very experienced wordpress programmer that can update the members area, modify the database and be able to set up automatic custom emails (we have the content for the email). ********************************************************* This needs to be a job that can be completed quickly!!!
