50 html sites & inbound links needed

Need: 50 HTML-only sites with 3 pages each Content We will supply all raw content from Keyword Analyses of critical terms First 20 words of each sites content must be keyword rich to show up as search result text in any search engine Programmer will create understandable content from the content that we will supply for each of the 3 pages of each of the 50 sites. Title (Headline) Programmer shall use the comparisons we supply of the headlines for the top 10 sites based on keyword analysis & create a Title/Headline that combines all the most common keywords by each of the top 10 sites. Meta Tag Keywords Programmer shall take an average of the number of Meta Tag Keywords & use the most popular keywords as contained in supplied report & create optimized meta tag keywords. Meta Tag Description Programmer shall compare each of the top 10 meta tag descriptions and create a new meta tag description for each site & sub pages that combines all the most common keywords used by each of the top 10 sites for each particular set of keywords. Entire Page Programmer must take an average of number of words used by each of the top 10 pages & create content for each page of each site that uses that average number of words per page. Hosting If possible, each of the 50 sites needs be hosted on a separate server. Files All coding, files & images shall be the property of the client & must be surrendered upon written or verbal request Links Each of the 50 HTML sites will be successfully be submitted to 50 other content-related sites with a Google Page rank of 4 or higher Complete Contact Information will be supplied An Excel spreadsheet with all verified submissions is required AdSense Each page will need to have the ability to include AdSense ads at the top & on the right side bar Requirements Programmer must be able to read & write English with native fluency. Programmer will be required to take raw keyword text and re-write into legible content for search engine optimization ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
