SEO .htaccess quick project

Good night, We recently change the software from vBulletin to [login to view URL] and we would like to maintain the old URL rules to work on the new forum. I'm looking for a coder that is able to create a couple of rules that allows old URL's to still work and be redirect to the new ones. The old URL follows this structure: [login to view URL] While the new one follow this: [login to view URL] The coder will create the rules to make the old URL's work, including the members profile. This should be a quick work for a experienced user since both softwares provide tools to make it work. Thank you
