7545 Experienced Designer Needed!

I'm looking for a great designer to design a website that I already have the script for. I actually already have the site up and running, but I need a real professional to create a nicer design layout than the basic one I have made myself. You must be very talented! Please show a portfolio. Demo will be requested! The site should be colorful and possibly themed off of the website name (SpotDollars) but not completely necessary to do.
