Java RMI + small DB

Implement client-server application in RMI. It's about electonic services. The administrator (using the server UI) can create new E-Services. Civilians (using the rmi client UI) will put their personal details (name,surname etc) in a form and will choose one of the existing e-service applications and make an application for that electronic service. The administrator (using the server UI) can see the details of the application (the citizen details + data request) and can a) To approve b) not approve (he should note the reason of not approving) People will be able through the client UI to see the progress of their applications (pending, approved, canceled). The application form will also allow citizens to select how to receive the document (e.g. via Post in their home address, or through FAX at their fax number etc). A light mysql-db to hold civilian details, available eservices, services-progress etc should also be implemented
