Need to add 2 functionality items to website

I have a website template that needs 2 additional features added. I can add all content however Its been a while since I've done any coding and I need it as soon as possible, but I don't want to sacrifice quality for build time. Adding Account functionality: 1) login/account creation (php sql). 2) Upon logging in, session will allow access to view ALL photos. (without login, some photos show as “locked”) Adding “basic” auction functionality: (backend controlled, users cannot upload auctions) 1) I have a gallery - but I need to add auction criteria (bid now button, current bid, and countdown timer) Auctions dont need to run independently. All items will be on the same 24 hour time schedule per auction cycle, therefore all auctions will be ending at the same time and restarting a new cycle right after. Could use a simple countdown script to clear bids and researt when reach 00:00. Same item will be there next day. 2) When a user bids, a pop up calendar will ask them to place a date of use. (this calendar needs to show availability per item. ex. this product is being used friday, so friday will show as “unavailable” on friday) 3) Highest bidder wins and pays electronically 4) A very simple backend. Doesnt have to be pretty. Just so an assistant can update auction items and can see statistics on current items. What ever gets the job done Nothing really complicated.
