Unifinished E107 Live TV Plugin

Hello. I have an uncompleted live tv plugin project which has not been completed because my previous coder did not know how to integrate PHP into the e107 cms and he lacked skills in designing. I am looking for someone who can finish this project by integrating the plugin into the e107 cms, make a nice, sheek design which matches the theme of my site, and fix all the errors that the previous coder might have done.
