xmpp/jabber client

I am looking for a custom built xmpp/jabber client for ANDROID, IPhone and Blackberry, Symbian, pc . As ebuddy and nimbuzz. I want to start this client-side for free and this the feauter. Feature: - Utilize message receipts (Sent, Delivered, Read) - Create or join MUC Group Chat - Upload photos or voice messages to other contacts -support for 2-way video calling -Group Video chat -Live Chat -Call for FREE -Call any regular phone -working on web+IM and the app work in Mac(iPhone), Android(HTC), Symbia(Nokia) and Wince Mobile -File Transfer For clarification, I am looking for an application that feels like Kik but allows for MUC group chat and Video Conferencing.
