Advertising Content from Multiple Affiliate Websites

Hello, I am in need of a website that can extract product information (picture, description, price, etc) as they appear available from affiliate websites and post them on the main page. Each product posted would have an affiliate link to go along with it, and each product will only be available in a certain location (city). When users visit the website for the first time, they need to be able to pick their location as products shown will defer for each location. A mailing system may be required to send email notification to registered users once a day to show the available products for that day. Bid according to creating the website without the mailing system, but do state your price for including the mailing system in your messages.
