Convert PSD -> HTML and JQuery

This is a job that you need to work fast and be in good communication with me. Please read the entire requirement before bidding, and in your bid please let me know 1) how fast you can work 2) show that you understand 100% what I'm looking for. So we pretty much have 3 pages with some popup boxes. We also have a payment box we are designing that shows up after the user clicks on Buy, will have the mockup ready soon. The site should function similar to [login to view URL] We have the backend (php/mysql) coded already. Our PHP developer will also code any API/call functions you need for the AJAX to work. So for example, for the page1 "I like it" button to work, I will give you [login to view URL] which takes in "item_id" and returns "success/fail", you will need to write the jquery that POST to [login to view URL] for that button so it works. You and I can decide on a set of PHP urls you need (and the input/output) so my PHP developer will code that for you, you just need to write the jquery part.
