Convert PSD Pages to HTML/CSS

looking for someone who can convert the PSD files we provide into html / CSS I'm Looking for a solid long term relationship for many more future projects, We are a very busy South Jersey Company. We are looking for CSS and HTML gurus, only. If you cannot convert the PSD we send you entierly, meaning keep complete design as sent to you then please do not bid. Here is what I expect from the winning bidder: 1. Create HTML/CSS tableless layout that loads quickly and is search engine friendly. 2. Communicate via email and/or MSN Messenger efectively. 3. Fix any problem or "small" detail after project completion if client requests. with this am refering to small things. After all, if you do a good job, we'll be working together on other projects. 8. All html/css pages should be browser friendly, should look exactly the same on firefox, IE, Opera, & Safari. Please Provide samples of your HTML/CSS sample work in order to be consider for this project, all others will be ignored and bid will be cancelled.
