179606 Flash / JS / PHP intro Page

I need a single page "Intro" for my web site with "system check" and "Over 18" or not buttons. First the php program needs to check for the following (I have a JS script that will do most if not all of it) : 1) check for flash version 9 2) Check the javascript is allowed 3) check that cookies are enabled If ANY fail, we "include" the php page that tells them what failed and how to enable items 2 or 3 and a link to update/download flash if #1 fails and then a link right back to the page after they have enabled 1-3 above. Once they pass the test, we "include" the main php page that you will be designing. The page will be a scene of the interior of a movie theatre. There is a pretty close example here : [login to view URL] Our color scheme is Black and Silver and I am attaching a png of the home page so you can see the colors etc and fit the look and feel. The scene will start with the curtains closed. Curtains open and in the center (493px wide X 437px high) I have a small flv that is a large coin that spins once and stops (will give to you) Next in the center need to show a "Warning Screen like they have on DVD's and TV ... This site and content rated MA etc etc and then 2 buttons overlayed for "I am over 18" and "Send me back" If NOT over 18, send them somewhere away else continue .. From here on, the center will show auto scrolling text that is pulled from html text file/s that we will maintain ext. Would need a "[login to view URL]" or whatever where we can tweek the settings for things like colors and scroll speed etc From the point the scrolling text starts, there should be a "skip" and then redirect to the actual home page. There are many examples of autoscrolling text flash applets on the net so I know it has been done. The page will be for 1024x768 The site for the sample I posted would really just be the stage part, not the nav, header or footer ... those I can give the graphics you see in the screen shot and can be made to look like the main site. I believe that covers it, again our colors are black and silver so in the example of the link, those curtains would be Silver in color etc Any questions just ask.
