I need a form that will take 3 pieces of user input, and return a price based on quantity, and unit price. The inputs will be size & shape, the next input will be options related to size&shape and the choices to select will be specific to the size and shape selected in step 1. Then when step 2 is calculated we need to take the quantity entered, and look up the price, and return a total price to the form all without refreshing the page(ajax) Step 1: Select Size & Shape Step 2: Select Configuration Step 3: Enter Quantity Return -> Total Price: There are volume discounts available based on the quantity entered as well. Quantity of 1-24 is $1.00 Quantity of 25-49 $0.75 etc Regards,
