Little database & some image java work

This project has been posted previously but the original programmer selected did some of the work, then his account was suspended and I have been unable to get a hold of him for days. So the original project description is basically no longer valid, so I am posting a new project for the remaining work needed to be completed in this project. I need this project started ASAP and completed in 36 hours MAX. Please don't bid if you can't start now and have it done in 36 hours or less. Thanks!
