Online Calendar voting contest

I would like a site that enables visitors to upload a photo graph (it is resized and thumbnail generated) that will then be an entry in a calendar voting contest. The site will ask for a brief description of the photo, 140 charactrers. It should essentially do this: [login to view URL] The site should allow multiple contests to run independently as they do on the demo site. With one addition. For a flat fee, the visitor may purchase a specific date of the year and upload a photo and 50 character dedication to go on that date. Once the date is bought, it will not be available. On the back side, admin should be able to output 1. A file containing all the photographs and dedicatiosn from the voting contests and 2. a filecontaining all the photos and dedications from sale of the date of the year. The site should be built in such a way that it is not just for calendar voting, e.g. it could be used to vote for a king and queen of an event. There should also be a link to order calendars. Do not need the actual store at this point.
