Quick Web App Needed Urgently

I need a quick web application to be developed - specifically for proof of concept. I just need it to be able to demonstrate a new concept; however, it needs to be working very well. Nothing fanciful in terms of design but it should be well laid it. I need this done before Monday afternoon as i have a meeting to present this concept. Considering this is time based; I will not deposit any milestone. I will be fully available to assist you all through so there is no excuse to miss the deadline.
