SEO friendly Drupal Install and Create template from PSDs

Project is to install Drupal to FTP then setup - Must be ultra SEO friendly. Once completed create template from PSD files I have created - Product home page - Application for service - Thank You for Application Page - Contact Us - General Content. Create application with 8 fields including simple field validation for email and telephone number ect - Application to submit to email. Application number must carry through from application submission to application successful page. Work for further pages of the site available once initial work is completed.
