Simple PHP website Clone

hi, We need our existing php website cloned, for our commercial corporate website. It is a simple PHP website You can see our existing website at the link below: (copy and paste into browser) [login to view URL] What needs to be done: 1) Duplicate the whole of our existing php website, but make it a dark blue colour, similar to the blue theme on the website link below: [login to view URL] 2) Insert our different commercial corporate logo into the clone website, in the exact same position as our normal logo appears on our existing website. Our new different commercial corporate logo can be seen at this link below: [login to view URL] 3) On the new cloned website, next to the menu options, add a new "portfolio" menu option. 4) On the new cloned website, add a "portfolio.php" page, that contains photo links to new pages, like looks like shown in this example link below: [login to view URL] 5) Clone the "W" graphic in the background of the website, but change the "W" graphic image to a good looking shade of blue colour, to match the colour theme of the new dark blue cloned website colour. We will supply the winning bidder with our existing php website files, to clone the website for our new commercial corporate website. The winning bidder will need to upload the new finished cloned website design files into our server, which we will supply the winning bidder FTP details for. Our budget for this project is $30-$40, so please do not go putting in high bids. ALL project source and design files are to be delivered to us aswell.
