We have a business where people book to sit at a table for an event. The table seats 6 people in total. We would like some code to be written that would allow people to ‘Apply’ online for a spot at the table. Once we have phoned them for more information we would then like to ‘Confirm’ their spot. All details are in the attached PDF.
