Hello fellow freelancers, I am looking to build a gaming ladder website. It must use xhtml strict 1.0 template. I can't stress how important that is for me. I shall discuss the features with the freelancer I employ, however the freelancer needs to be adept in html, webdesign, javascript and php and graphic design.
