wish lists

I need something basic where people can enter there gift wishes. Those wishes will be put in db and will be used to generate the tag cloud. I would like a login system and a cookie/username as discussed. Each item will have a tracking number, title, tags, and can have a description, url (which will be retrieved via bookmark or toolbar button), image url, and status in terms of wanted or already got it. anti-spam measures such as image code when registering, IP blocking, limitation of items created per minute/day... admin panel to control, the entries and ban users.
