Edit my main index template page

I have just one page my index page that i wanted edited to my needs. It's a PHP page .. I have a download site and I would like the index page to be divided into two categories .. because our site has files for north america and europe ... so we dont want people to get mixed up with the wrong files. On the index one side like the left could have all the latest files from north america along with top 10 downlods for north america. The right side of my main would be for europe. Second part i need this page edited as well pddownloads/[login to view URL] I need the page once again divided for both categories also need results from Top downloads overall and past 30 days for each category. I aslo need following that a listing below that with all the most recent files submitted in a brokne down simple listing .. maybe 50+ rows. Remember i need this for both categories on the same page I need your insight in making this not only work , but look good ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
