Linux Email Server Administration

We have a fairly complex customer management system that we provide to our clients. It uses 2 linux email servers to send and receive emails that are passed to and from our ColdFusion Application. The servers use the Interworx CP. What we are really looking for is a long-term relationship with an email expert. We have periodic specific email server related needs that our current programmer team is not able to address effectively, and we want to be able to call upon someone to work on these things as needed. I would estimate that we might average 2 to 4 hours a month, although it may be more or less in a particular month based on the current projects. We are currently having a problem with emails that are being originating from a mobile device, and being sent to the CF app for distribution, dying in the email server after they are sent over. So we need someone to research the logs to help isolate this problem. There are no other immediate problems. So this bid request is for this particular problem, but also about finding someone we can continue to work going forward. It should be noted that we have some very competent CF, SQL and .net coders, but they are by their own admission very limited in their email server knowledge. Future needs will involve direct communication with these coders if needed. Credibility is very important to us, as we will providing direct access to these servers, and you will be working on a live application. ## Deliverables Please advise what you would charge as an hourly rate for future projects as part of this.
