Hi, I am currently looking for work and I would like to do this project for you, and help you figure out why the php code is not creating the folder as it should. I think I might know what the problem is. I can debug the code and figure out the cause, and then provide a fix. I have several years experience working with the full LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP). I also have experience with content management systems such as Drupal and Wordpress. I also know HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. I've been working at least 5 years as an Independent Contractor with a company called Boomdizzle (a social music hip hop website) co-founded by LL Cool J. I maintain their websites and servers, I set up the current design and CMS that they are using. I've written custom modules, and I have lots of experience with PHP and Linux. I do not have experience with WHMCS (however I did google it), but I have used various PHP frameworks and content management systems before, so I do not think that would be a problem.
