PHP based ecommerce script

We are in need of an extremely plain simplified looking store for a new site project. It needs to be comepletely done in php, have intergrated UPS(united parcel service) shipping fees, uploaders to add products, description, images(also with auto thumbnail using GD) Needs to be db driven Autoresponse bids will be automatically ignored. Payment only made after script is show working on a live site. Payment will not be made for time worked or partial products-payment will only be made for final completed project. This store must have the following attributes; photos of products with autothumbnails using gd library buy now button browse buttons for admin to add photos and products. Description area under each item select box for UPS shipping or not box for admin to set weight for each item automatically add UPS shipping if selected by customer(intergrated UPS shipping each item as sold will need to be deleted from database(images also) needs to have admin interface for changing script colors, product categories,product columns, product rows,product prices, file sizes, upload paths, basically full admin access to change items from single interface location. Needs to keep records of transactions to include customer name, address, dates, and items sold. Needs to delete item and photo from store once sold. must have a landing page for customer to verify order before proceeding to checkout. Must use paypal for checkout. Must have a simple header and footer consisting of one piece plain logo in .gif format, and must be changeable thru admin interface using browse buttons to change logo. we have included a file with links to a very simple photogallery that can give you and idea of how simple we want this to look. We have also included a link to a store we already have to also show how simple we want this to look. You can use both of the scripts provided in these links as part of the final store script if you wish. Working project must be shows on a live site before payment. Time wasters and learners will not be paid for time worked-Bid is for finished job only-also for full project, not just a portion of it.
