I need a web service that dynamically creates a page on the fly from a database. When a the web site receives a page request the service checks the referrer page (from the incoming page request) to the database and if we have not already go that reference, goes to the referrer page, checks it, grabs content and adds it to the database. Additional functionality includes a cloud tag and simple search The process has to be fast and scaleable, at the very least being able to handle dozens of requests per second. I need the service written, and set up on a third party hosting environment and tested. This is the first stage of what might become a larger project. The whole project should be in mysql and php, NOTE - the project looks simple on the surface, but the previous coder gave up after 1 month as they found some of the issues involved too complicated for their capabilities. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
