Real time GPS Mapping App

Looking for talented web app developer with previous experience in real time GPS mapping to bring my app idea to life! The Idea: on a mobile phone, users can see their own location, and multiple other users' locations displayed on the map, all in real time (very much like the Google Latitude experience). The Details: 3 key features: 1) Every user needs to create individual user profiles. When users create their profiles, a few data points will be collected (ie. age, gender, location, etc.). 2) Users log into individual accounts via mobile phones and display their GPS location, and can see other users' movement and their own movement in real time. 3) A button to link to external e-commerce website. Also required is a website that mirrors all 3 functionalities as the mobile app. If interested, please contact me for mock up of the app for more information. The App: This is needs to be a web app using PhoneGap or Accelerator Titanium 2.0. This web app needs to have a wrap around it so it can be published on the Apple App Store successfully. In the quote, please include publishing the app onto the App Store. The Strategy: This is a basic starting point for the app to test for market demand. If there is successful demand, there will be multiple features to be added to the app, and potentially develop native apps for specific platforms. I will continue to use the same developer for these additional features. Examples of features to add in the future: establish a friends list, communicate with individuals in friends list, map routing (map out a route and remain highlighted), and share the map with your friends list.
