Inter.spire E-mail Markting & Hosting to fix

Currently I'm having issue with my [login to view URL] e-mail marketer software. It has made my hosting inaccessible to the hosting . the cpanel. I need a provider to fix the problem . The problem maybe due to the overloaded of disc space. Need the provider to spring clean the hosting so IEM can work at optimum level. (if you dont know what it IEM or not familiar, please don't bid) Only experience provider pls. This job is very urgent. i want zero downtime. Have to complete within hours upon selection.
