-Create 3 PHP forms in an existing admin for entering Calendar information (in 3 languages) to be displayed on the Calendar page. It will contain fields for entry of location, approximate dates, phone(for more info), email(for more info), description and/or comments, order seq. -Create a dynamic calendar page for 3 language versions. The calendar page will display information re future locations. Put a link on the page to "Book your appointment now and receive a 10% discount". This link will go to the book an appointment page. -Add a link in the top menu bar and the footer menu for "Calendar". (Replace the Shop Button) -Create a form for booking an appointment - one in each language. It will record name, email, phone, address, city, country, code, location (selection). Entering on this page will generate an email to info email and to the email address entered. -Add a link to the home page to "Book your appointment now and receive a 10% discount".
