Pull Info from DB into Title and Meta Tags

Our site has dynamically generated pages. We also have dynamically generated Title & Meta Tags, that is taken from certain page headers. Site is built with PHP/MYSQL. 1) Add 2 or 4 keywords dynamically into the title and meta description tags, as follows. Search the following keywords in MySQL db table in this order: A) $### amount+keyword 1, 2 or 3 or; B) another type of 2 keywords . If there are two of the same keywords display the highest $##% amount. 2) Create option of having unlimited different versions of generic text in Title & Meta Tags. 3) Divide dynamic pages by amount of different versions, i.e. if there are 3000 dynamic pages and 40 different versions. Divide 3000/40 = 75. Every 75 pages would choose a different version. 4) Additionally, we need to code date for next_month_current year into PHP.
