I own a real estate website that needs the ability to allow users to list their own homes for sale both private owners and real estate agents. The website currently only allows me to post properties for sale but I want users to have this ability. Users should be able to list their properties for sale and have their own "junior admin panel" so they can add pictures and details about their property. Once you view the website you will see the listings posted by me and users should have this same capability. All listings must be approved by me prior to them displaying on my site. I should also have the ability to add delete or edit all postings. I also want users to be required to register to list a property for sale and be email verified with a link in their email to complete the registration process. Also at registration there should be captcha to reduce spam.
