SQL Customization for Counterpoint SQL + NCR Online

Note: It would be highly beneficial for this project if you were familiar with the retail system Counterpoint SQL and XML So I have a retail system, Counterpoint SQL, which clearly runs off a SQL database. It integrates with a Magento-community edition based website via an Integration Agent. All that is well and good, and they communicate fine, it's wonderful EXCEPT that the two key attributes (size, and width) aren't being pulled because the XML mapping agent isn't set up for them to do so. What I need is for someone to customize the mapping XML file in such a way that the two attributes will be grabbed by the Integration Agent, and sent to the Magento-Community based system for inventory tracking purposes. This would probably take an experienced programmer 15 seconds, but I'm not an experienced programmer. If any of this makes sense to you, please contact me for further details. Thanks!
