System with Voip Switch, Billing, Routing, Web portals with agents and customers interfaces, and providing voip services and solutions

To create a VoIP provider, we are looking for a competent expert (available immediately) to help us realize and develop our project. The project focuses on the following points: 1) ESTABLISH A ROBUST AND SCALABLE PLATFORM (TELECOMS SWITCH). Based on Linux CentOS 64bit and Asterisk, it will ensure all constraints: security, high availability, performance, redundancy, Quality of Service. This will allow the infrastructure to provide services and products to end users and resellers, as well as solutions for white label resale, without the infrastructure operators. 2) ESTABLISH A BILLING PLATFORM BASED ON A2BILLING This will support prepaid and postpaid modes, charge all incoming and outgoing calls. Design, implement, configure and customize all web portals and management interfaces, dedicated agents and clients. 3) IMPLEMENT FOLLOWING CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS AND SERVICES # CALLING CARDS With following requirements: - Access: Direct (call trough) and call back - Authentication method: Pin and Pin less (caller ID…) # CALLING PLANS (Call Termination/origination to residential, business and mobile customers) a) Unlimited calling plans for: 1. Residential customers 2. Mobile VoIP customers (using softphone, IM and UC applications) Customized Softphone and IM application could be developed and part of a project to design. 3. Business and enterprises (IP-PBX) b) Limited calling plan (with expiry date) c) Pay as go calling plan # CALL TERMINATION FOR VOIP OPERATORS (Wholesale); # SOLUTIONS FOR RESELLERS WITH VIRTUAL SYSTEMS (white label solution) # CALL-BACK SOLUTION WITH MULTIPLE AUTHENTICATION MODES # IVR SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION # VOICE AND VIDEO CONFERENCE All voice packages integrate services like: - SMS (PlaySMS integration into the VoIP Switch). Free SMS are provided to each customer - FAX (Fax to mail, Email to Fax). A number of free faxes (sent and received) is provided to each customer - Unified messaging - Did Number (1 DiD number is provided to each customer) and DiD resale service should be implemented too. - Payment and recharge systems - Online payment system including credit cards (visa, Mastercard), paypal… - Instant recharge via recharge card or voucher.
