140496 Clone Marketing Site plus more

First, I would like to create a clone of an application that allows people to join a website, and then filters them one by one to sign up at a directed point. Please see the flash presentation, by downloading the following file: [login to view URL] File approx 25 mb I would like to have a system that is very similar, including the emails that are sent out. This program would need to be able to be licensed to others, so I would need to have the actual files encrypted. The programmer that wins this will receive a percentage of every license that is sold. The only addition to the program above is that I will want the admin of the system to be able to change the number of people that are giving to each person before going to the next person in the queue. I will also want to have two additional marketing programs that will be included once the initial phase of building is complete. These will be build from scratch, but they will both need to be able to be integrated with phase 1. First additional item would be: a matrix feeder program that will allow people to sign up for as many shares as they would like using an approved payment method (to be decided later) and then to be added to the main program once a person cycles out of the matrix. The matrix program should be able to be 1 x 2 to "x" x "x" set by the admin. If you need an example, please use a 1 x 6 matrix. The second option woud be: a co-op program where everyone purchase a share at a set amount and once "x" number of shares are purchased the system would add completed position to the main program under the next person in line to receive a referral. example: if the main program cost $200 to join and each co-op share cost $50 once 4 people join the co-op by purchase a share from a approved payment processor( to be determine) , then that position would moved to the queue for the admin to add that position into the next available position. Please let me know what it woud cost for the initial phase and then for each additional phase ( feeder and co-op ) I need to this to be completed as quickly as possible. Best Regards, Evan
