Convert small .NET file/app to PHP this weekend

We need an experienced programmer that is an expert with .NET and PHP to convert a script from .NET to PHP. Let us explain the project. We need someone who is available this weekend, and is available to speak on the phone. Communication is key, so do not bid unless you are available by phone. We have an older website written in .NET that has a search function that returns an office location based on the zip code that is entered. There are a couple rules written in the .NET application which control which office or offices are returned to the user based on the zip code input in the search box. We need to migrate the exact function over to our new website which is written in PHP. Again, search will work the same way. The user inputs a zip code, and the website returns the office or offices that match the search criteria. We have created a series of URLs (landing pages) that correspond to each office location. The code simply needs to route the user to the office location returned by the application. You will get control panel access to both the old and new website to complete the job. Please don’t bid if you can’t complete this work within 48 to 72 hours. You must be available by phone, and you must be willing to work this weekend.
