Document scanning, field recognition and processing application

A webapplication that can do the following: 1)Scan document and generate image 2)Recognise the fields in the image (for example: name, DOB, Nationality etc...) 3)Convert the the information to text and store it for future retrieval 4)Interact with an on online form, in which you post information previously stored from the image 5)retrieve response from the form Additionally: 6)the app would work with a scanner, or an uploaded image of a scanned document 7)The the system should be flexible enough to recognise the fields from different document. Ideally, create a template for each document structure 8)Should be English/Arabic 9)Open source components
