Advertising pop-in/under script

We require someone to create a clone of [[login to view URL]][1] (but also including the variable of 'inview' or ads similar to [[login to view URL]][2] )which for those who don't want to delve too deep is the following: FOR WEBMASTERS 1. Website owners (with traffic) sign-up to join the network. 2. By adding some JavaScript to their page, the page generates a pop-under advert or inview ad (which we host using a top frame with the advert URL below) and in return they are credited a variable amount of money (set by us: admin). 3. they are able to apply to have a cheque sent to them, or money transferred to their Paypal account, when their earnings reach a variable (set by us) amount. 4. A password protected area should be available to publishers to view ad delivery/earnings statistics etc 5. An affiliate scheme should be in place to promote other webmasters with a per centage of sale variable (on-going) added to the originators' earnings. Obviously a login/admin site for webmasters will therefore be required. FOR ADVERTISERS 1. Advertisers should be able to buy (using Paypal IPN) a set amount of pop-under ads or Inview ads (a form will be required here). The order should send notification of the order and any sub-category of the network we set-up at a later date, together with contact and website details. 2. On Admin approval the advertiser should be notified that the advert is approved and the advert added to the network inventory according to the criterion. 3. A password protected are should be available to advertisers to view ad delivery statistics etc Obviously another login/admin site for advertisers will therefore be required. ADMIN 1. Admin would view all accounts (publishers and/or advertisers) including hotlinks to any URLS used. 2. Multiple op-ups from one IP/domain should be able to be blocked or allowed (variable). 3. An easy to view and execute payment system via paypal or cheque details should be available (as should a warning of publishers due payment). 4. Payment should be in UK pounds. 5. URLs of admin's choice should be allowed to be added to the network as defaults if there are no advertisers or as a random percentage of all ad views. Obviously another login/admin site for admin will be required. ## Deliverables YOU (!) You will be able to communicate in English via email and be willing to undertake additional work to refine the system, as required in the future, for additional payment (as our other successful bidders have). US (!) We are a (profitable) UK Internet company looking to expand our existing advertising products. We are human and a single project manager will be provided for the life of the project and all updates. We accept the right person from anywhere in the world, without bias. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) The scripts may be Perl or PHP but may not use Wildcard DNS. The finished scripts must be able to be used by us to test and integrate into a website design of our choice, prior to completion/payment. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform For use on website, must be IE 5+ and Mozilla compatible.
