58237 CGI, Perl or PHP script

I need a script (cgi/perl or PHP) to paste a column of CD titles into a text area block of a html form (as you see formatted below in the example) ---paste this initial input string into a text area---- ----------------------------------------------------- Hoyt Axton - Heartbreak Hotel George Jones - Liberty - Least of All Patsy Cline - Conway Twitty - Back to Back Patsy Cline - Live at the Opry Johnny Paycheck - Greatest Hits Mickey Gilley - Valley of Tears ----------------------------------------------------- ---and have an output string (.csv formatted) from the data input above to appear as you see below. Four data strings,comma separated in each row. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hoyt Axton - Heartbreak Hotel,Hoyt Axton,[login to view URL],[login to view URL] George Jones - Liberty - Least of All,George Jones,[login to view URL],[login to view URL] Patsy Cline - Conway Twitty - Back to Back,Patsy Cline - Conway Twitty,[login to view URL],[login to view URL] Patsy Cline - Live at the Opry,Patsy Cline,[login to view URL],[login to view URL] Johnny Paycheck - Greatest Hits,Johnny Paycheck,[login to view URL],,[login to view URL] Mickey Gilley - Valley of Tears,Mickey Gilley,[login to view URL],[login to view URL] ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- The script should be able to handle at least 100 lines of input (CD titles) The input will always have the - (hyphen) and some Titles will have 2- (hyphens) Would like to complate this in next 2-3 hours.
