Export html from Perl to Templates

This has been an ongoing project and finally needs to be nailed down. I require a series of Perl scripts adapted and the html to be "ported" to my custom code so it uses external templates instead of the html being embedded in the Perl. Please note: I will supply the code and the scripts but the project is confidential so cannot be doisclosed nor any of the code re-used elsewhere. It cannot use any external modules (the custom code I supply will be enough) and is not a complex job. A perl student with 2-3 years experience will easily be able to do it. The budget for this is not particularly high but the project has been set for development in three stages. Firstly, the boring work of porting the html templates, secondly changing the database from flat file to mysql, thirdly extending the scripts with new functionality. Please NOTE: The successful bidder will be invited to stay with the project and deliver each stage as an individual paid project. Bidders will not be invited to the second and third stage of the project unless they have bid on the first one. If a bid is not accepted, it is my intention to invite all first round bidders into the second and third bidding rounds. Full examples and an already ported script will be supplied along with the code and a project plan. A confidentiality agreement will be required. Also, the winning bidder "may" be invited to use the new system free of charge once it is live for the duration of their involvement with this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Thropughly commented documentation which details how the revised code works and interacts. ## Platform Cross platform - must work on Linux, Unix, Windows OS and the majority of web servers
